Night Shift Workers

Work night shift in children’s houses to ensure safety of children throughout the night. Work in cooperation with other childcare staff to provide a safe, clean, orderly home for residents in compliance with applicable licensing and accreditation standards. Supervise residents to ensure their safety and well-being and adjust the level of supervision according to the circumstances and needs of the residents in care.

Twenty-one years or older. A candidate who is interested in applying for this position must have a High School Diploma/GED and a valid Driver's License. They must also be able to pass a background check, The Diana Screen and TB Test.

Live-In Residential Childcare Worker (Singles and Couples)

Positions available for singles and couples. Pre-service training, room and board provided. Live-in as primary houseparents for group of children in family-style home, or provide respite to primary houseparents during their scheduled days off.

Twenty-one years or older. A candidate who is interested in applying for this position must have a High School Diploma/GED and a valid Driver's License. They must also be able to pass a background check, The Diana Screen and TB Test.

Database & Donor Coordinator

The Database and Donor Coordinator is responsible for data entry of donor and gift information into donor management systems. Synchronizing information between computer systems and written records. Generating reports and answering questions regarding donation history. Generating acknowledgement letters and performing clerical duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business analytics or related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-year experience in database management
- Proficient understanding of data administration and management functions
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Must work effectively with senior-level executives and staff; must also be able to work independently
- Must have a strong interpersonal skills and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
- Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required; Knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred
- Must have strong customer support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated professional demeanor and the ability to maintain high level of confidentiality in all matters
